The Doorway’s growing clinics have been around for 20 years. Your clients will have access to programs that teach them to move differently so they can help learn to balance their body better and make your work easier. Your regulars will learn to practice relaxation so that you can work more efficiently with improved results.

You will have the opportunity to make a great wage, with no cap on growth, more if you have extra certifications in different modalities beyond your original schooling and even more on the weekends. You will have the opportunity to rise through our tiers and earn more with every step. You will receive paid time off/safe and sick time. You will be given an annual fund that increases yearly to use toward CEUs. You receive a free massage every month and more over time. Any additional massage you need are at cost. Therapists must:

*Have completed at least a 500 hour course in massage training

*Be friendly, honest, diligent, professional, prompt and dependable

*Work at one or both of our Minneapolis locations with a set schedule of 3-5 shifts/week that include one weekday morning, one weekday evening and one weekend shift.

*Have liability insurance

*Any additional Modalities are a plus
