The Doorway’s growing clinics have been around for 20 years. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic massage therapists who are eager to help people feel better and change the way they understand their body. We believe in the Practice of Massage and want to foster an environment where you can learn, feel free to experiment and grow your abilities. We will encourage you to learn more all the time. We will teach and share with you what we know and we ask that you share with us. We believe that you will create the most incredible version of bodywork that you are capable of if you are encouraged and given the space and the clientele to explore your craft. We will work together to ensure that a small business can enhance and promote wellness by offering the most incredible services to a wide range of clientele.

Your regulars will vary from people who spend their whole day at a desk, athletes, service workers, children, elderly, pregnant, injured and so many more, and they will all be ready for change. We will teach your regulars to come to you with the information you need to be able to understand their needs better all the time. Your clients will have access to programs that teach them to move differently so they can help learn to balance their body better and make your work easier. Your regulars will learn to practice relaxation so that you can work more efficiently with improved results.

You will have the opportunity to make a great wage, with no cap on growth, more if you have extra certifications in different modalities beyond your original schooling and even more on the weekends. You will have the opportunity to rise through our tiers and earn more with every step. You will receive paid time off/safe and sick time. You will be given an annual fund that increases yearly to use toward CEUs. You receive a free massage every month and more over time. Any additional massage you need are at cost. You will have time to spend with our awesome team and learn more about this incredible craft all the time. Most of all you can make a career here, that’s what we aim for.

Our founder has been doing massage for over 20 years and is excited to share with you to help you grow for you and your client’s benefit.

Therapists must:

*Have completed at least a 500 hour course in massage training

*Be friendly, honest, diligent, professional, prompt and dependable

*Work at one or both of our Minneapolis locations with a set schedule of 3-5 shifts/week that include one weekday morning, one weekday evening and one weekend shift.

*Have liability insurance

*Any additional Modalities are a plus

*Competitive wage ($37.50-$52/hr + tips and product commission with raises available and intended)
