Space Rental at Open Book Space is available at Open Book for meetings and events. Facilities for rent include:

Target Performance Hall with support from Target Foundation

    * An intimate 200-seat lecture or reading space

    * Tech support available for sound and light system

    * Flexible for other arrangements, such as banquet or classroom

Open Book Meeting Room

    * Room for 25 - 30 at meeting tables

    * Flexible for other arrangements

    * Lovely view of downtown skyline

Other possible rentals at Open Book

    * Five classrooms, various sizes

    * Jay Cowles Literary Commons, beautiful and versatile reception area

    * Mahai Book Club Room, living room-type seating for up to 12

    * Individual writing studios

Room rental rates

Target Performance Hall

Daytime rate 9 AM - 5 PM: $75/hr (Nonprofit Rate is $65 per hour)

Weekdays, Monday ~ Thursday, after 5 PM: $95/ hour; 3 hour minimum

Friday & Saturday, after 5 PM & All Day Sunday: $125/ hour; 3 hour minimum

Meeting Room and classrooms

Room capacity of 2 -18 persons: For Profit rate of $35/hr.

                                                     Nonprofit rate of $25/hr

Room capacity of 2- 35 persons: For Profit rate of $55/hr.

                                                     Nonprofit rate of $35/hr.

We can provide catering for most room rentals, as  well as rooms and equipment suitable for child care.
